With extensive experience in educational consultancy, leadership development, and programme management, she has worked closely with schools, government agencies, NGOs, and corporate organisations to empower young people through internationally recognised youth development programmes. Her vision is to inspire the next generation by nurturing leadership, character, resilience, and lifelong learning, creating meaningful opportunities for young people to thrive both locally and globally.

Dineshkumar Narayanasamy is a business development and strategic partnerships professional at DOE Training & Consultancy (M) Sdn. Bhd. He works closely with schools, educational institutions, government agencies, NGOs, and corporate partners to expand youth development initiatives across Malaysia.
