Shella Nair

Trainer & Consultant

Shella Nair Mathavan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship and Business (Commerce) from Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK). She began her professional career with Talent Corporation Malaysia in 2012 and later served as a Senior Course Administrator at UCSI University, Kuala Lumpur, from 2013 to 2019. A passionate advocate for youth development, leadership and education, Shella has represented Malaysia in international youth programmes in China, Cambodia and Korea. She has also contributed to youth leadership development through her involvement with the Hindu Youth Organization (HYO). In 2024, she was recognised among the Top 100 Malaysian Indian Entrepreneurs by the Small Medium Indian Business Association (SMIBA). Today, as the Chief Executive Officer of DOE Training & Consultancy (M) Sdn. Bhd., Shella leads initiatives that empower young people through education, leadership, experiential learning and community engagement. Her vision: To create opportunities that inspire young people to discover their potential and become confident leaders of tomorrow.

Zaharuddin

Zaharuddin Abd Majid is a dedicated youth development professional with extensive experience in leadership training, volunteer management, and community engagement. Passionate about empowering young people, he has worked with schools, youth organisations, and community partners to deliver impactful leadership and character development programmes. His commitment to nurturing responsible, resilient, and service-minded youth has contributed to the success of numerous educational and community initiatives across Malaysia.

Dineshkumar

Dineshkumar Narayanasamy is a business development and strategic partnerships professional at DOE Training & Consultancy (M) Sdn. Bhd. He works closely with schools, educational institutions, government agencies, NGOs, and corporate partners to expand youth development initiatives across Malaysia. Passionate about education and community impact, he is committed to building meaningful collaborations that empower young people through leadership, character development, and internationally recognised award programmes.

Dr. Dianne Tsen

Trainer & Consultant

Dr. Dianne Tsen is an international educator, corporate trainer and youth development advocate with over 20 years of experience empowering young people and professionals to realise their potential. A former commercial banker, she combines academic excellence with extensive industry experience to develop practical leadership, branding and professional development programmes. Dianne has worked with universities, government agencies and organisations to design programmes that build confidence, character and future-ready skills. Her work includes pioneering initiatives that enabled young participants to earn internationally recognised World Civility Index (WCI) points through experiential learning. An award-winning speaker and internationally recognised corporate image and brand professional, Dianne is passionate about helping young people discover purpose, develop resilience and lead with authenticity. As an Award Leader and Award Unit Operator for The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award, she is committed to creating meaningful experiences that inspire the next generation to grow in confidence, serve others and make a positive impact on their communities and the world.

Alya is the Operations and Training Manager at DOE Training & Consultancy (M) Sdn. Bhd. She oversees the planning, coordination, and implementation of educational and youth development programmes, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service delivery. Working closely with schools, educators, and programme partners, she is committed to supporting impactful learning experiences and fostering the successful execution of initiatives that empower young people across Malaysia.
