Our company
DOE Training and Consultancy (M) Sdn. Bhd. was founded in 2015 with the vision of empowering young people through education, training, motivation, and internationally recognised youth development programmes. Led by a professional management team with more than 20 years of combined experience across the education, public, private, operational, and business sectors, the company is committed to delivering high-quality programmes that support personal growth, leadership, resilience, and life skills development. Through the Join in Award Scheme (JAS Malaysia), previously known as the Junior Award Scheme for Schools (JASS), and Anugerah Remaja Perdana Rakan Muda (ARPRM), also known as The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award (DofE) in Malaysia, the company supports young Malaysians in undertaking the world's leading youth achievement award. DOE Training and Consultancy (M) Sdn. Bhd. continues to work with schools, organisations, and strategic partners to create meaningful opportunities for young people to discover their strengths, develop confidence, and become active contributors to their communities.

Our founder
Mr Ravichandran Balasubramiam
Founder
Ravichandran, 40 Years Holding a Bachelor of Science in Sports Science with honors from the University of Malaya, he has leveraged his academic background to excel in various professional roles, demonstrating remarkable versatility and dedication. Ravichandran is a distinguished professional with a robust background in leadership, training, and youth development. He is a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Trainer and holds Train-TheTrainer (TTT) certifications from NIOSH and HRDCorp. These certifications highlight his capability to design and deliver high-quality training programs. As a Youth Development Coach and Outdoor Recreation Coach, Ravichandran is dedicated to mentoring young individuals and promoting physical fitness and teamwork through outdoor activities. His commitment to professional growth is further demonstrated by his Certificate in Executive Digital Leadership from the Asia School of Business, in collaboration with MIT Sloan Management, which equips him with advanced knowledge in digital transformation and strategic innovation. Ravichandran has received numerous prestigious awards and recognitions for his contributions to youth development and leadership. He was honored with the National Youth Award (Tokoh Belia Negara) in 2019, Malaysia’s highest youth accolade, and the State Prestigious Youth Excellence Award for outstanding achievements in the male category. Additionally, he received the Meritorious Service Medal (PJK) in 2017 for his exemplary contributions to the younger generation in Negeri Sembilan. Other notable accolades include the Junior Chamber International (JCI) 3 Most Outstanding Young Person Award in 2015 and the Malaysia Indian Prestigious National Youth Excellence Award in 2014. He has served as International Council Youth Representative to HRH Prince Edward, Chairman of Duke Of Edinburgh International Award. He holds the honorary rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the Malaysian Civil Defence Force (APM) and has served on Expert panels and advisory councils in KBS & KPDNHEP . His contributions to youth development are further highlighted by his involvement with the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award and the Malaysia Hindu Youth Council as Deputy President. Ravichandran's drive for leadership and community service is evident in every aspect of his life. His relentless pursuit of personal and professional growth has allowed him to accumulate a wealth of diverse experiences and significant achievements. This unique blend of expertise and dedication makes him a well-rounded and dynamic individual.
